Nest Cam

Just installed a Nest Cam. Two questions: 

1). Can I set notifications for night time hours only?

2). The camera is shown in Google Home app, but not the Nest app. How do I get it added to the Nest app?

In answer to your second question, you have discovered what the rest of us customers who have purchased any of the new Google Nest cameras and doorbells released in the fall of 2021 have discovered. These new Google Nest cameras and doorbells only work in the Google Home app and--surprisingly--do NOT work in the Google Nest app or on home.nest.com.

In answer to your first question, because the new Google Nest Battery Camera cannot be accessed from the Google Nest app, you can't schedule notifications for night time hours.

You can find Google's perspective on this in these blogs on this forum, along with customer reactions.  (I'm just another Google Nest customer.)
