Nest Camera -2 Questions

i fave 2 nest cameras both pointing at an area around a birdfeeder setup which catches wildlife as well as birds.  My issue / question is that they are bot both recording tge motion yet you can see the motion light go on in the  recording of the one that does capture the motion.  Also, one has little or very liw sound recordings.  Any thoughts?

• What kind of Nest cameras do you have?
  • Are they 1Gen or 2Gen?
• When did the inconvenience start?
• Do you have an Active Nest Aware Subscription?
  • If so, What type of Nest Aware Subscription do you have?

In the meantime, let's check a few things:

• Camera angle: The camera uses software to look for changes in color and lighting. You can disable specific events or change the positioning of the camera.
• Low sound: Restart your device: A simple restart can solve some glitches. Follow these steps to restart your Nest Camera. Depending on the model you have.
