  • I have lost the one small hex screw that secures the camera/floodlight to the wall fitting.

What is the screw spec so I can get a replacement screw?

it is a M3 size bolt, pan head, if you need a replacement you would want to buy one that has a length of around 7 or 8mm

Hi everyone,

@Stuntdouble100, we appreciate you getting back to us. We're sorry for the confusion about filling up the form as we don't have the spare parts for your hex screw. We would recommend you to bring one of your hex screws to your nearest hardware store and get the same size or try the size that leedav11 has shared. The other option is to bring your hex key to your nearest hardware and find the hex screw that would fit with it. Let us know if you have other questions or concerns.

Thanks for answering, leedav11, Jenelyn and Zoe.

Regards,

Emerson

I'm dropping by to ensure that everything is covered here. How's it going with your Nest Camera? Were you able to read the information I shared aove? In case you have an update, you know where to find us.

I appreciate the response, EmptyNester.
