Nest Camera Not Working

I have a replacement camera (meaning this is the second camera) that has failed outside. The cable works as I have tested another unit. The camera simply fails to power on. How do I get this replaced, it's been installed for under 2 years. BTW, none of the "Categories" above are accurate for my issue .
