Nest Camera Recordings missing audio

Hello,

We had an incident on our property two days ago and when I went to check the recordings (we have Nest Aware), there was no audio on the video recording. The clip we need audio of is at 1:15pm on April 30th, 2022 and all of the audio is missing on videos after 4:13PP April 30th, 2022. Pretty frustrating that the one time I need this recording, it doesn't work. Can we recover this audio somehow?

What I am finding is that as of today May 2, 2022 there is only audio on the video recordings from April 30th, 2022 after 4:13pm. All recordings prior have no audio. Can this audio be recovered? I don't recall seeing any information regarding videos only having audio for less than 48 hours.

I understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I would love to help however I can. @S3bryan is correct; unless the microphone is turned on for all of your cameras, you will not get any sound. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Have you checked if you turned off the microphone? Each of your cameras have a slider to turn the microphone off or on.  If it was off that means exactly that, no sound to recover.  Check first and let us know
