We just had our internet speed updated and when I went to reconnect to the Google Home app, my device will not add to the account. The green light is on as though everything is working, but I keep getting the error, "something went wrong" during setup.

Thanks for reaching out. Let's see what we can do to reconnect your Nest camera to your Wifi network. Updating your Wifi connection from your Nest Camera requires a reset and you need to remove it from your Google Home app. Also, during set up it should have a pulsing blue light, indicating that it's ready to be set up.
