Just started from yesterday which is 14th July, all the history recordings started to disappear from the recording history in my Doorbell(battery) and recent installed Camera, I only just used the product for around a month and it has been saved all the history recordings well till yesterday. Suddenly I noticed all history recordings were shown as "No events recorded"
Not sure which settings can rectify this issue? There were 1000% events recordings in all the previous days but for reasons I don't know since yesterday 14th July 2022 I was only able to view the most recent 2-3 recordings. All previous recordings were gone!!!
Can someone give some advice where to check this please??

Google Nest provides a free 30-day trial of its Nest Aware subscription service on new cameras and doorbells. Is it possible that your free trial just lapsed?

I am having the same problem and my nest aware subscription did lapse however I thought the 2nd gen wired camera allowed 3 hours of event history free all the time. I’m only seeing a few minutes of event history and only for the current day. Once the day changes I can’t see any history from the prior day even if it just occurred and I dont even have a few minutes of events across all 3 cameras showing in history.

Yes, it seems misleading to me too. When Google Nest says "Up to 3 hours of event video history", they actually mean events that occurred within the most recent 3 hours only: "If you have a newer camera like Nest Cam (battery) or Nest Doorbell (battery), you can get up to 3 hours of event video history without a subscription....This means that without a subscription, you can get photo snapshots of detected activity up to 3 hours in the past." See this Google Nest Help page: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9681538?hl=en.
And when the Google Store (https://store.google.com/product/nest_cam_battery?hl=en-US) says "Up to 3 hours recording", their footnote link (https://g.co/nest/3hours) points to the same Google Nest Help page above, which says: "This means that without a subscription, you can get photo snapshots of detected activity up to 3 hours in the past."
