Hi,
My google nest camera (battery) is about 2 years old and it ran out of battery while I was away on holiday. Now I cannot get it to charge. It's had the charger connected for 24hours and no lights have come on.
I've tried to do a factory reset however when I press the back button a white light comes on after 5sec of pressing and holding the reset button, white light continues to be on, nothing else happens after 10 or 12 seconds when it should go into factory reset. After 60sec the white light turns off.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

FYI - if I press the back button again while the white light is on, it turns the white light off.

Hmmmm, I'm not sure what is going on. I'm an end user as well but let me see if I can escalate this and get you some help from Google. My concern is it has a 1-year warranty and they may not be able to help you. And I know the battery is not something that is end-user replaceable. I might just come down to buying a new one or else a used one from eBay. I have done that a few times for a few of my older cams that needed replace and it has always worked out well.
