Nest outdoor camera no longer detecting anything. Moved the camera from one side of the yard to the other. It can no longer pick up people, dogs, motion, anything. I know this because it faces the same direction as my nest doorbell and it picks up everything. I use this nest cam to pick up blind spots the door bell cant see.
That being said, I have changed the zones, all the settings, reset, everything. Do i need to do a factory reset or what do I do? From checking on here it seems like a lot of people have this same issue with no support.

There is a good article you can check to troubleshoot the event video history and fix the problem. Also, please check your subscription to see if it is still active on your Nest camera. Sometimes, after you remove the camera to a different location, it is removed from the home structure that was originally located and you miss the events.
If none of the steps didn't work, please try to do a factory reset of your Nest Camera and re-add it again.

Come on help me out here. It was 150$ plus your 8$ per month.. how do I get a refund for this. Why cant you guys support your products anymore. First the thermostat now this

For starters I did not recommend your answer. Why did it do that? This is not good support. No the troubleshooter fails, the factory restart doesn't fix it. How do I get a refund

I already filled that out, I already tried contacting Google nest support, chat, email, phone.. how do I fix this? This is a basic feature of the camera is it not? It's clean and less than a year old
