I set up the new battery operated indoor/outdoor camera and also migrated my other cameras from the Nest App all to the Google Home App. When I did this the new Camera showed up under a different account/home (I had three). I deleted the account/home it was set up on as well as the other account not being used and then have been trying to reset up the camera on the correct home account and it won’t work. Every time I go to connect it won’t go through. I’ve tried the reset button in the back the light on the camera goes white, makes a sound, then goes green. It does NOT turn blue which is what the directions say should happen during set up. I’ve also reset my WiFi, Phone, The Google App itself, as well as the Camera Power and Ofcourse the reset button on it. Help!!

Are you holding down the reset pin so that, at 10 seconds the status light blinks yellow 4 times and you hear a countdown tone, and at 12 seconds the status light is a steady yellow and you hear a confirmation tone?
If you can't get in to factory reset, you could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
