Brought a camera and worked fine for a week then on the home app wouldn't connect so tried to reconnect but wouldn't work so deleted device and tried to reconnect then it says device already connected to another account. So I deleted the device then the home account but still said the same thing. Went to google account logged out all devices, tried again still says same thing. Restarted camera 5 times still says same thing. Tried new home account but same. Camera is now worthless after 1 week. I have noticed when turning camera on only get white light that fades away then no light comes on.

Yep. Me, too. Looks like no one has a solution. I’m so frustrated. Tried plugging the ISB end of the cam into my laptop, but it didn’t pop up. Frowny face.

Hey folks,
Restarting and factory resetting your Google Nest camera or doorbell will have different results:
Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.
Factory reset: Erases all your settings and options, and restores its factory default settings. It will not automatically reconnect to Wi-Fi and you'll need to set it up again.
You can find this information, plus additional information on this process here. Please let me know if you have further questions.
Best Regards,
Brad.
