Nest Camera notifications not showing in history

My Nest Camera and doorbell are no longer saving history. Everyday I am having the notifications disappear. I see them but when I go back to see it again it’s gone. I have the free three hour history through Nest. When I go to settings it shows that it is saving for thirty days. Not sure what is going on.
