Nest Camera offline will not reconnect

My Nest camera went offline and would not reconnect. I have followed the instructions for resetting and restarting the camera. All I ever get is a green power light at the top. 

 

When I try to add it back in the app it never gives me the flashing lights. It has power.

 

Help please.

Hi Sedoug,

Thank you for posting in the community, I understand that you cannot add the Nest Camera back because it isn't showing blue light to be paired. 

At the moment, I'd like to ask you a few questions to provide you with the correct steps about your concern: 

  • What kind of camera do you have?
  • For how long did you push the button to factory restart the camera? 
  • Did any error message on the app when you add the camera? 
  • What app did you use? 
  • Did you remove the camera on the app?
