Nest Camera with Floodlight will not connect

I installed the nest cam with floodlight and it worked for about 3 days, then would not connect. Yes, I have tried all of the troubleshooting available. Reset, unplugged from power, turned my airplane mode on and off, checked and rewired connections and finally, got a router extender in case the signal was too weak. Nothing works. This is the most frustrating experience. I purchased this product because of vandalism that was occurring at my residence and tonight, the nest cam would have caught someone if it had worked. I'm extremely disappointed in this product. Does anyone have any solutions other than to take this lemon back to the store?

Thanks for getting back to me. I responded to you earlier but apparently my email wasn't successful. I did manage to get my nest cam working. Had to reset it three times and it has worked ever since. I have no idea what might have been going on with it but think it must have been a wifi connectivity issue. Regardless, I appreciate your response.
