Over the past few days, since January 12th, both my outdoor camera have been going offline for 1 or 2 minutes about 3 times a day. I've restarted my Nest Hub and my house router/WiFi. I haven't experienced other WiFi drops from other devices.

I also have one outdoor camera that is having a problem stays offline, worked fine for months just recently started. I have tried removing device and hooking up again nothing works and will not go online.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? How far are your cameras from your Wi-Fi router? What's the status light of your cameras? Are you getting any error messages? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
