Over the past few days, since January 12th, both my outdoor camera have been going offline for 1 or 2 minutes about 3 times a day. I've restarted my Nest Hub and my house router/WiFi. I haven't experienced other WiFi drops from other devices.
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? How far are your cameras from your Wi-Fi router? What's the status light of your cameras? Are you getting any error messages? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
