Nest Cameras playback

Ok, so when I log into my nest aware + account, I see my 4 cameras on the split screen all working "LIVE" but when I select any camera the "LIVE" stops working and it freeze's and the same thing happens when I look at a previous event.

I'm using a Mac and safari and have noticed in Safari settings the line "settings for googlenestcommunity.com" not sure what that does.

When I log in on my iPhone/iPad all works well
