Nest Cams can't connect since change of broadband and router

I have 2 Nest Cams (indoor/outdoor with battery) and since I changed my broadband and router, I can no longer connect to these cameras. I've tried with both the QR codes and the setup code on the devices themselves and my Google home app will just not connect to the cameras!

Unfortunately, if you have changed your SSID (network name) and password, you will have to do a factory reset on all of your Google Nest cameras and doorbells and then reinstall them. This is Google Nest's Help topic, "Change camera and doorbell Wi-Fi network":
