Unfortunately, if you have already changed your SSID (network name) and password, you will have to do a factory reset on all of your Google Nest cameras and doorbells and then reinstall them. This is Google Nest's Help topic, "Change camera and doorbell Wi-Fi network":

I had the exact same issue and it was a nightmare.  After trying to factory reset my devices, I couldn’t get them deleted from the app and was unable to reinstall because they were still showing up as installed.  It took weeks dealing with Google, and meanwhile I had no working doorbell or camera.  They finally got the devices removed from my account, but I still couldn’t reinstall them, so they had me send them in for replacements.  I was leaving on vacation and couldn’t wait for the replacements to arrive, so I bought new Ring devices and they work perfectly.  I wish you luck, but you may find that it’s not worth the time and frustration to deal with Google.
