We have two 2nd Gen doorbells. They, intermittently, go off line. Sometimes at the same time but more likely either will go off line.
Another problem is that i8ntermittently, when you go back to look at an event, it will state: Video not available. Later, video will be available.

Do you have a strong Wi-Fi signal strength at each of your doorbell's locations?

Reply #2: Both wired doorbells are getting power from chime transformer. They are sending me a code: Small light comes ON steady, then oscillates between OFF and ON, then green light comes ON, then large white light around bell button comes ON then goes OFF, then small amber light comes ON, then goes OFF.

I don't see my first reply. Both doorbells are not sending signals to our iPhones. Messages from both is "Device offline". This has been an on-going problem for about a month or so. Yes, we have had some power outages lately. The problem is intermittent. In the past, i have been able to reset doorbells (small hole in the back), but not today.

Google Nest does not document all of those lights:
You could try contacting Support; maybe something happened to your doorbells as a result of your power outages:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Yup, this is just how Nest cameras are unfortunately. They go offline a lot. So much for the "security" part of Nest cameras and doorbells.
