Nest Doorbell (Battery) Stuck Latch

Greetings

I have an issue with the nest doorbell latch lock. On 31 March, 2023 this doorbell ordered from Amazon store but unfortunately yastrday I have take it out to charge it but the latch is stuck in release position and I can't back it to the metal mounting plate due to stuck latch, so please support me in this matter.
