Nest Doorbell Battery making noises when watching live

We just installed our Nest Doorbell Battery, hardwired, and it is making sounds as if it is being touched or rubbed, not really a popping or crackling, when we watch live on our cell phones. There is no wind, no one around, and it's night time. Any idea what could cause that?

Today it's been offline most of the day... Or camera not available... Starting to think purchasing this was a mistake 🤬

Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
