Nest Doorbell (Battery) taking 12hrs to charge rather than the 4hs it says it should take.

I've swapped several type-c cables, and I'm using a 7.5w power pack. (The charger has no issues fast charging my Google Pixel 7 Pro)  The last 2 charge sessions have taken over 12hrs to fully charge.  When I first got it, the charge time was a short 30 min to charge to max. The 2nd charge was fast 4 or 5 hours. I have no idea why this has changed. This is the second time it's taken 12 hours, and this is the fourth time charging it since I purchased.  This is my 2nd battery Nest doorbell the first stopped holding a battery charge after 2 yrs.  Are there any settings to be changed manually or would a factory reset help?

We have never gotten a battery camera, given all the issues we've seen posted in this forum. (We got a 1st gen Nest Hello instead for our unwired entrance, and got a plug-in power adapter from OhmKat.)
