Nest Doorbell Battery (wired) with Mechanical Chime - still issues

Hello,

Trying to get my Doorbell (battery) to work WIRED for continuous charging and ring my Mechanical Chime.

I've been able to get power, but not ringing of the chime, so I updated the transformer from a 10A to 30A, based on other posts in this forum of people having similar problems.

I have also ensured the doorbell isn't in quiet mode, and that the "chime function" is checked, with "no" for electrical chime.

Is the appropriate wiring as follows:

1 wire from Transformer direct to doorbell

1 wire from transfomer to T on chime box

1 wire from doorbell to F on chime box

Thank you, I"m not sure what else to do to get this to work.

Here are a few troubleshooting possibilities:

Are you able to go to your battery doorbell in the Google Home app and click on "Live video" to get a livestream view of the camera in your doorbell?

Using the US English versions of the option names, do you have the "Push notifications" option turned on? Do you have the "Indoor chime" option turned on? (The "Visitor announcements" option turns on visitor announcements on your Nest Hubs, Nest Minis, and Nest speakers.)

If you remove your Google Nest doorbell and touch the two wires together, it should ring your mechanical chime if everything is wired directly.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I have everything you have mentioned covered, but I haven't tried your last point on just testing the wires without the Nest connected to see if the Chime is functioning properly on it's own.

Will report back.
