Hey all - I have a Nest Doorbell (Battery) that seems to be automatically announcing that someone is at the front door when it's rang to a Sonos Move without any integrations being done. I have visitor announcements off and I have no Sonos integration in the Google Home app. I use the Google app strictly for cameras and nothing else. Any insight into what may be going on here would be greatly appreciated.
I have tried factory resetting the Sonos Move too and it still announces. The Sonos Move is enabled with Alexa.

Hi there,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, and I would love to look into if further for you. Have you looked into your Google Assistant settings? Do you have Alexa integration enabled on your doorbell? Check out this article for some helpful troubleshooting steps.
Best regards,
Brad

Thanks @Brad. Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the announcements only worked for Google Assistant enabled devices? I have all my Sonos devices enabled with Alexa.

It has to do with the settings more than anything, but here is another article that actually may be more helpful. Check it out, and let me know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Brad

@Brad Interestingly enough, that only works with official Amazon devices. These being Sonos it shouldn't have worked. Once I toggled visitor announcements on/off in the Google Home app and turned on/off doorbell notifications in the Alexa app, the notifications seemed to have stopped. Thank you so much!
