Nest Doorbell Cam

I have had the camera for a few years.  Normally if WIFI goes down I lose the camera.  I reset the router and in a few minutes I am back in business.  Camera has been out since last night.  I have reset the router several times and nothing.  The help center said I have to take the doorbell off the bracket and I didn't put the doorbell on the bracket but I was looking at it and I can't figure out how to take it off.  I did try the app portion of upgrading the wifi and I had phone literally touching the doorbell and it couldn't be reached.  What can I do?  How can I take the doorbell off?

See the video on this Help topic, starting at about 8:02, for a view of how the doorbell is mounted and dismounted if you have a 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell, as indicated in your post:

If you actually have a 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell, see the install video on this Help topic, starting at about 6:05:

If you need to "restart" or "factory reset" your doorbell, see this Help topic:
