I've had a Nest Doorbell for a little over a year. Just long enough that Best Buy can't do anything for me. It's completely dead. It was never wired so I would charge it about every 2-3 months. I noticed my connection was in and out and then one day it just wouldn't charge any longer. It's basically a $175 paper weight right now. Is there any kind of warranty or battery replacement Google offers? This can't be a problem only I am experiencing.

That's not good. You could TRY contacting Google Nest Support to see if they'll replace it. We have a Google Nest Camera (Battery) that's a little over a year old, and I'd be upset if the battery failed when it's this new.

Sadly, Google refused to do anything about it. Not even a discount for a replacement. Pathetic customer support. $190 paperweight

The doorbell is dead and will not charge at all. Google will not do anything to help. Not even offer a discount on a replacement. $190 for a doorbell that lasted less than a year and a half. Pathetic
