My Nest app got reset and I don't know what email is associated with Nest. I am trying to login to the Nest app to get access to my Google Nest Doorbell. I have a couple of gmail logins but the camera is not associated with either of those. When I try to add the doorbell I get the message "This Nest Doorbell (wired) is connected to another account". I've had this doorbell on the house for a couple of years. Is there any way to reset the Nest doorbell without having to buy a new one? Or find out what email I used before?
Same problem with my Nest Thermostat. I don't have access to it through Nest because of this problem. I also had the problem with both my Nest Yale door locks but I could factory reset those so I have them working.
