Update**. I discovered that I had to use the Nest app instead of the Google Home app..
It's working now
Hello,
I recently bought a house and the previous owners left the nest Doorbell w/camera. I went through the setup steps and received the notification that another user has it registered and to factory reset it.. I did the factory reset steps a dozen times and even deleted my Home app profile before attempting yet again.. I still get the same message.. this is frustrating.. hopefully someone can help
