I just installed my nest doorbell (battery) and configured it with the trial for Nest Aware. I see the camera on the Home app but not on home.nest.com. On home.nest.com, I only see my existing thermostat.

You have discovered what the rest of us customers who have purchased any of the new Google Nest cameras and doorbells released in the fall of 2021 have discovered. These new Google Nest cameras and doorbells only work in the Google Home app and--surprisingly--do NOT work in the Google Nest app or on home.nest.com.

Thank you for your feedback on this issue, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest Cams in the Nest App or available on https://bit.ly/3HtBgJC web app. I can imagine having to use two different apps at the moment is quite daunting, and could lead to frustration.
However, the new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the Home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. Thank you for your continued patience, and support. You've discovered that the new Google Nest products are broken, not fit for use, and you will slowly come to the realization that nobody should buy them in their current form. Awesome hardware. Disastrous software.

The newer Google Nest products use the Google Home App instead of the Nest app. Today, there isn't a web based interface to Google Home..yet. Google is transitioning to Google Home.
In your situation, you should see the Thermostat (presumably Nest Learning Thermostat) and new Nest Doorbell (battery) in Google Home. In the Nest app and site you will only see the thermostat.
