I have the OG Google Wifi pucks. 5 of them wired via ethernet. Typically
they've been very reliable.Twice in the last week I've had an hour and

point to settings, device information, but these fields are not editable

You've discovered that the new Google Nest products are broken, not fit
for use, and you will slowly come to the realization that nobody should
buy them in their current form. Awesome hardware. Disastrous software.
