Nest Doorbell Peeling and Cracking - *Dangerous*

My Nest doorbell is cracking and peeling on the face quite badly. Seems like a hazard as well as aesthetically disturbing.

Reported to Support but no resolution or update as yet. Doorbell is just 7 days out warranty when reported.

Doorbell looks terrible. Started happening a couple of weeks ago. Looks like a severe breakdown in materials.
