Hello, I have a couple year old Nest doorbell camera (wired) and the plastic on the front is chipping around the outside. I spoke with the chat support folks and they said there was nothing they could do as it was out of warranty. At what point does a consistent equipment failure like this become recall territory. These doorbells should last for many many many years.
