Hi! Anyone has issue with their Nest doorbell not working after a year? The chime doesn’t work for me. This is my second Nest wired doorbell and same thing kept happening after a year. We tried using our old doorbell and no issue with the chime. I guess it’s time to switch to another company?
P.S. there isn’t a label for wired

Perhaps you have the same problem we have with two of our Google Nest Hello Doorbells, where the failing internal battery (which we didn't know existed) starts to fail after a year or two. If you have Nest Hubs or Minis you can turn on Visitor Announcements as a workaround. Google Nest hasn't provided a clear answer for the failure except to deny warranty claims.
