Nest Doorbell (battery) models - What's the difference GA01318-GB vs GA02268-GB

I've seen two models numbers for the Nest Doorbell (battery) - GA01318-GB vs GA02268-GB (sometimes shown as Pro Edition). 

Does anyone know what the difference ,if there is any, between the two?

In the UK, a company named City Plumbing is advertising a Nest Doorbell Pro Edition - Extended Warranty with a model number of GA-02268-GB that "comes with an extended 3 Year Warranty when installed by a Pro. 1"; it can be installed wired or battery-only. So perhaps this model number is simply used with this extended warranty/pro option in the UK (https://www.cityplumbing.co.uk/p/google-nest-doorbell-battery-pro-edition-extended-warranty-smart-wi...). On the Best Buy US website, the model number is GA-01318-US.

I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this obstacle. I believe, it is just a difference from one being wired, and one being battery ran. Honestly, they are basically the same and either would be a great option.

They are both battery versions from what I can see. Does the battery one also have the option to be wired? I'm interested in the battery one only.
