Nest Doorbell battery not sending video alerts to applewatch

I replaced a nest hello with the new nest doorbell battery. In many ways (field of view, alert speed) it is much better.

Strangely, when it sends alerts, they appear properly on an iPhone, but I only get an alert and blank space on my applewatch, as opposed to the picture or video clip it used to send when I used the nest hello. The alert and video clip is sent properly to the iphone. 

Any ideas how to resolve this?

To date, it is impossible to display a screenshot on my Apple Watch because the principle of the doorobell battery is to be notified very quickly. Do you plan to update very quickly?
