Nest Doorbell (battery) notifications

Hi, I've recently installed a Nest Doorbell and it's working OK, except for the notifications - firstly I can't get any sound with the notifications; and secondly I can't select which notifications to get.  Eg: I'm currently getting notifications every time someone walks past my door, which is really annoying, and I'd prefer to just get notified when someone actually rings the bell.  Any advice would be very much appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Even better. Iam looking for only ring the doorbell notification when iam home.

My best displays (gen 2 and max) are also not alerting or us or announcing any notifications from the nest doorbell (battery). Options in Google home for nest doorbell are all correct. I only receive phone notifications.

No response from google on the forum. I think its a waste of time to post here. Im seeking for something else instead of the google stuff.
