I just subscribed for Nest Aware Plus for a year. My notifications stopped a day or two ago, that alerted me to re up the subscription. I'm not seeing anyone walk past my doorway. Shouldn't this feature still be available as it was for the trial period?

Is your Nest Aware Plus subscription in the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your doorbell? You can check by going to this link and selecting your subscription to see what "home/structure" name displays:

You can also check in the Google Home app by going to Settings | Nest Aware.
If they are in the same "home" on the same Google account, you could try the "Contact us" link on the page below for "Nest Aware Premier Care":

Do you have history for your doorbell's camera? Do you still have notifications configured?
