Nest Doorbell video download not working on Pixel 7pro

We recently installed the nest doorbell wired Gen 2 and I am trying to download history videos on my Pixel 7 pro. I have tried both while connected to wifi and cell service. My husband has a samsung and can download them with no issues. After I go to the event tab, I hit the download icon and nothing happens at all. If I long press on it, it gives a little bubble "save clip to device" but nothing downloads. I have rebooted my phone. Not sure what else to do?

Thanks for reaching out and bringing this issue to our attention. That's really confusing when it's working fine with your husband's phone. To confirm is your husband using your same account? Who's the owner of the account for your Nest doorbell? Try reinstalling the app.
