Nest Doorbell (wired) - Video doesn't show when someone rings doorbell

It worked fine however for many months now when someone rings the bell, I get notification but when I click on to see who is at the door, the video doesn't load. 
it is driving me crazy. I would switch to ring in a heartbeat if I hadn’t invested in plethora of nest cameras and home hubs. 

I have fully reset the doorbell, the chime works fine, the live video loads fine. The issue if only when someone rings, it doesn’t do what it is supposed to do and that is show who is at the door.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. I would suggest clearing out your Familiar Faces and start again. I understand this may be an inconvenience, but a good reset should help you out in the end.
