Nest Doorbell recently stopped connecting to WiFi. I tried doing the reset but it didn’t solve the issue.
when i tried to do a factory reset by pushing the reset button and the chime button at same time it doesn’t work. I just get the white light going on and off not the other indicators.

Similar experience here. The tiny green light at the top is on. Reboot seems to work with green light going off, then flashing, then solid. But then doorbell still won't chime & won't reconnect to WiFi. No blue light around button. Factory reset while connected to wiring doesn't seem to work - same green light process but nothing happens with lights around button and continues to not chime/not connect. Disconnected from doorbell wiring and plugged into socket via USB port on back and tried factory reset. Same results. NOTE: I have had this connected and working fine for a few years - stopped a couple weeks ago.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing the steps you've done. I would recommend you try the proper steps on how to reset your Nest Doorbell to the factory default. Remember that after the reset, all of your recorded events would get removed as well.
Give these steps a try:
2. Hold down two buttons on your Nest Doorbell for about 10 seconds:
3. Your Nest Doorbell will chime and its light ring will start spinning blue, then flash yellow, and then all the lights will turn off. Release the two buttons.
4. The factory reset is complete when your Nest Doorbell chimes and the light ring starts slowly pulsing blue.
5. After the factory reset, your Nest Doorbell will appear as "Offline" in the app until you remove it.
6. To remove it from the app: open the app, then tap Settings Remove device Confirm.
7. If you're giving your Nest Doorbell to someone else, you're done. If you want to reconnect your Nest Doorbell to the app, simply go through camera setup in the app again.
