Nest Doorbell

We had a cold snap in North Florida a few weeks ago & my Nest doorbell started sending me low temp alerts & needed to be charged (it had 2 months left on the battery). The temps are now back up in the 80's & it's still sending me low temp alerts. How do I get it to stop & recognize it's not cold anymore?

Hi @Giggles24194

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! I understand that you were having some inconveniences with your Nest Doorbell. I know this situation can be frustrating, but let me assist you with that!

Before we continue, I need to know some information about your case to provide you with more accurate troubleshooting steps:

  • When did the issue start?
  • What type of doorbell do you have?
  • What app are you using? Is it the Google Home app (GHA) or the Nest App?
  • What is the status of the LED light?
  • Did you try any troubleshooting steps? If yes, what steps did you try?

Once you have this information, please let me know, and I would be happy to assist you with this!

Best Regards,
