Hi @Kasian,

Thanks for reaching out in the community! I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Nest Cam Floodlight. You mentioned it appears offline in your app, even though the camera is still streaming and detecting motion. I'm here to help you with this!

To help us get started, could you please provide some additional information?

  • Have you made any recent changes to your home network or the area around the floodlight?

  • If there's an LED indicator light, what color is it?

  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, could you please list them?

For the moment and to discard any setup issues, as a recommendation, you could try to perform a factory reset on your device. This can help us to isolate other steps. Let me share with you the steps to perform a factory reset on your device:

  • Open the Google Home app.

  • Select your device:

    • Go to settings.

    • Scroll down.

    • Select remove device.

  • Once you remove the device, with the camera connected to the power source, locate the reset button on the back part; it is a tiny white button.

    • Press and hold the reset button for 20-25 seconds.

    • Get a blue light on your device.

    • Set up the device again.

As soon as you have these details and perform the steps, I'll be happy to assist you further!

Best regards,

Debora
