Wired Nest Floodlight cam not connecting after new Wifi

Team,

Very frustrated, gone though all steps, videos, forums etc. Not able to get my Floodlight option on the app.

The app recognizes the cam as an Nest cam Battery, where as it is a Wired camera with floodlight.

Done factory reset almost 5 times now , very frustrated.

Need help !!!

The camera in the floodlight fixture is actually the battery camera, but there should also be an option to install it as the floodlight camera.  We only have the battery camera, so I don't know how the option shows up.

I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Cam with Floodlight is being incorrectly identified as a Nest Cam (battery) in the Google Home app and that you are unable to access the floodlight option.
