Nest Hello Doorbell peeling

Hi this topic has been covered in many posts, we also have a nest hello doorbell, out of warranty but has terrible peel on the fascia. This is pretty shocking from a product that is designed to be situated outside in the elements. I’ve tried contacting support directly but it keeps saying chat is unavailable or if I request callback that I need to call back during support hours (even when it is within support hours). Can someone from Google assist please?
