I’ve now called Google Nest support four times about my Nest Hello and keep getting nowhere.

Support makes me repeat the same steps over and over, but the error never goes away.

NC009 is a known account-linking issue. The fix is a server-side de-registration by Nest engineering. Yet every time I call, the reps deny they can do it, or promise a solution and never follow up.

At this point, I’ve spent hours on the phone and still can’t use a device I own.

Has anyone here successfully pushed Google to escalate this? Any advice on breaking through the endless support loop would be appreciated.

Customers shouldn’t have to beg for escalation to fix your backend errors.

Sadly this has been what Google Tech support for cameras has been like for over 2 years now.
