camera dead wont charge no lights just dead. it is a 3 camera systems the other 2 cameras work fine

hi we purchased these cameras from costco . they are only 9 months old and one of the cameras just died . we tried everything hard reset changing network. i need one camera replaced . can you please help with issue?

This is just a user forum that is not monitored by Google.  You will need to open an official support ticket here and speak with a Google Tech person about a possible replacement since it us under 1 year old.

Thanks for your post in the community. I understand your Nest Cam (battery) won't charge, is completely unresponsive, and isn't showing a status light, especially when the other two cameras are working fine. I appreciate all the efforts you've made to resolve the issue. No worries, help is here!

To better assist you with accurate information, I’d like to confirm the following:

  • Are you using the specific charging cable that came with the device?
  • Have you tried using a different charging cable?
  • Are the other 2 cameras battery-powered? If so, is the charging cable functioning correctly with them?
