Hi,
I have a brand new nest hello wired doorbell. The camera footage at night displays normal however during the day, it is showing pink/purple hues. I have did a factory reset by holding down the reset and doorbell buttons at the same time then re-added the doorbell. This still hasn’t fixed the issue. Please help!

It sounds like a bad unit. Can you return it where you bought it and exchange it for another one?
