Nest Hello is no longer sending notifications

I just bought and installed a Nest Hello doorbell.  It worked ok the first day where my wife and I got all notifications of any activity on our iPhones.  But for some reason, today we had not gotten a single notification.  We checked the general and Nest app settings, and the notifications are all selected.  I also shutdown and restarted my iphone.  It worked one time but stopped after that.  Does anyone what the issue is and how to fix it?

The “All other motion” was not selected, so that may have been the issue.  Thanks so much for your help!

In the Google Nest app for your Nest Hello Doorbell, under Settings | Notifications | Notification type, do you have "Push notification" enabled, and do you have "Always" selected under "When to send"?

Yes.  Push Notifications is selected and is set to Always.  Thanks

I don't know. I assume you that, under Settings | Notification, you have selected "People," "Packages,", or "All other motion." Do you have an indoor chime and does it ring when the doorbell is pressed? Is the doorbell online? That is, if you select the doorbell, do you see a live video feed? Does your history show events?
