Nest Hello motion detect

Hello, we were gifted a Nest Hello video doorbell wired. Problem is with motion detection.  It records a clip each time a car drives past. We are relatively close to the street. Can't figure out the activity zones function and how I may be able to ignore passing cars or if that's even possible. On the free trial Nest Aware I cannot bring up anything that resembles the zone adjustments.  Any advice or am I looking for something that's not there.

Activity zones can only be configured when you have nest aware. It's also possible to set which notification you'll recieve. In the nest app, click on the cog in the right hand corner, go to notifications, Select your doorbell and you should see multiple options to set notifications. You can set to receive only notifications from people, not all other movements.

Hope this helps.

Thank's Arjaan, in notifications I opted for people and not motion. Wasn't interested in cars driving by anyways , sure cut back the number of events. I will probably use the motion and activity zones when installing the outdoor camera. I'm thinking Nest Aware was not fully activated at the time and could not find the activity zone filters.
