Our best hello doorbell stopped recording events and sending notifications. I did a factory reset but it’s still not recording. My subscription is still active. Notifications are on in the app. Not sure what the problem is. Any suggestions.

When you perform a factory reset on the Nest Hello Doorbell, it disconnects from your current subscription, and it can't be linked again. As the Nest Hello Doorbell is no longer available for purchase, it will be necessary to migrate your subscription. For more information, please visit our Contact Us page and follow the prompts until you reach Contact Options. Then select “Get a Call” or “Chat.”
